蝇蛹俑小蜂生物学特性及土壤因子对其寄生的影响

Biological Characteristics of Spalangia endius and Effects of Soil on Its Parasitic Capacity

摘要: 本文研究了蝇蛹俑小蜂的种群生命表及其不同日龄的寄生力和不同土壤类型及深度化蛹对橘小实蝇寄生的影响,结果表明:(1)蝇蛹俑小蜂雌、雄虫未成熟期的发育历期分别为20.25和18.72 d,雌、雄成虫的寿命分别为9.84和9.09 d,单雌平均产卵量为20.38 粒,世代净增殖率(R0)、世代平均历期(T)、内禀增长率(rm)和周限增长率(λ)分别为23.460、17.722、0.178和1.195;(2)蝇蛹俑小蜂2日龄后随日龄的增加自身寄生率逐渐下降,最大寄生率达33.42%;(3)蝇蛹俑小蜂随寄主化蛹土壤深度的增加,寄生的数量随之减少;蝇蛹俑小蜂在寄主为0.3 cm细沙土深度和无土覆盖(0 cm)壤土中的寄生率最大,分别为36.27%和34.13%;(4)不同土壤类型及深度显著影响蝇蛹俑小蜂寄生后橘小实蝇的羽化率,随着土壤深度的增加,橘小实蝇羽化率递增。通过该研究为田间利用寄生蜂进行生物防治提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Pupation in the soil is an inherent characteristic of the insect pest Bactrocera dorsalis. Spalangia endius is an important pupa parasitoid of this pest. The life table of S. endius and the effects of different soil types and soil depths on parasitic capacity of the parasitoid were studied in the laboratory. The developmental period of immature female and male S. endius were 20.25 and 18.72 d, respectively; the adult longevity of female and male were 9.84 d and 9.09 d, respectively; the fecundity was 20.38 eggs/female, and the R0, T, rm, and λ of S. endius were 23.460, 17.722, 0.178, and 1.195, respectively. Parasitism rate of S. endius peaked at 2 d old (33.42%) and decreased thereafter. Number of parasitized hosts decreased with increase in soil depth, soil depth of 4 cm was the upper limit for parasitization by S. endius. The parasitoids showed the highest parasitism of 36.27% and 34.13% against host pupae in sandy loam soil when the soil depth were 0.3 and 0 cm, respectively, whereas the different soil types and host pupal depths showed no significant influence. However, soil type and pupation depth significantly affected emergence rate of parasitized B. dorsalis. These results are of significance in using of the parasitoid for control of B. dorsalis.
